Situación económico-financiera de los hogares uruguayos: análisis a partir de la Encuesta Financiera de los Hogares Uruguayos (EFHU)

Abstract

El objetivo de este documento es analizar la situación económica y financiera de los hogares uruguayos utilizando los resultados de la Encuesta Financiera de Hogares Uruguayos (EFHU-2). Se presenta información detallada sobre los activos y pasivos de las familias y sobre su utilización de productos financieros y medios de pago. Se complementa esta descripción estudiando los efectos de las características socio-demográficas de los hogares y de su localización geográfica sobre las probabilidades de poseer determinados activos y de utilizar productos financieros básicos y medios de pago. También se estudian los efectos de las características de los hogares y su localización geográfica sobre indicadores de deuda. Finalmente, se centra el estudio en hogares con negocios.
