Mesoamérica digital 2025: propuesta para una agenda digital mesoamericana

Abstract

El Proyecto Mesoamérica (PM, antes Plan Puebla Panamá) tiene como objetivo general contribuir con el proceso de integración y desarrollo de los países de la región. Su objetivo específico es conceptualizar, gestionar financiamiento, y apoyar la ejecución de propuestas y proyectos de relevancia estratégica, en el marco de los ejes de integración y desarrollo. Para la confección de este informe, se ha relevado la literatura especializada, así como los principales estudios llevados a cabo hasta la fecha con respecto a la integración regional en materia digital. Asimismo, se desarrolló un taller de trabajo con la participación de los puntos de enlace de los países de la región Mesoamericana, y se relevó la documentación vinculada a las actividades llevadas a cabo en el marco del PM hasta la fecha.
