Abstract

Esta investigación tiene por objeto avanzar en la comprensión sobre la relación entre los gobiernos corporativos y el proceso de fusiones y adquisiciones (F&A) de empresas locales de América Latina. Para el logro del objetivo se analiza la interacción entre las empresas involucradas en este tipo de operaciones y las razones detrás de las decisiones de inversión.
