Abstract

Este documento examina la actual postura de los Estados Unidos desde el punto de vista de la política comercial en relación a nuestra región. En primer lugar describe en ambiente en la formulación de la estrategia política, luego se realiza un análisis de los efectos de esta estrategia sobre el comercio con los países de la región y finalmente se refiere a las cuestiones pendientes con los Estados Unidos con respecto al comercio.
