Las cadenas de valor en las exportaciones de Colombia a la Unión Europea: Análisis de su inclusividad e intensidad en materia de empleo

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como principal interés medir el efecto del Acuerdo de Asociación entre Colombia y la Unión Europea sobre la generación de empleo en las cadenas de valor internas, sobre todo en aquellas vinculadas al comercio exterior. Para tal efecto, a partir de la información de varias fuentes de datos de Colombia, se determinó las principales cadenas exportadoras. Este análisis se realizó mediante la aplicación de índices de encadenamiento calculados a partir de la matriz de insumo producto (MIP) de Colombia para el año 2005 provista por el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Colombia (DANE).
