Una iniciativa sectorial para la difusión de las TIC en las empresas: la experiencia del Uruguay

Abstract

Se presenta la experiencia realizada en el Uruguay, a partir de una colaboración entre el Ministerio de Industria, Energía y Minería y la CEPAL, para diseñar e implementar un instrumento de política que favorezca la incorporación de aquellas TIC específicas que resultan necesarias para mejorar de manera sustancial el desempeño de las firmas, fomentando al mismo tiempo el acercamiento entre demanda y oferta local.
