Abstract

El presente documento es parte del proyecto "Inclusión social de la juventud en el contexto de creciente violencia e inseguridad en Centroamérica", implementado por la División de Desarrollo Social de la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL) y su Sede Subregional en México. El objetivo del proyecto es fortalecer las capacidades técnicas en los países de América Latina y el Caribe, particularmente de Centroamérica, para promover la inclusión social efectiva de las juventudes en contextos de inseguridad y violencia. El propósito específico de esta publicación es realizar un estudio comparativo regional acerca de las normativas, la institucionalidad, las políticas y las acciones encaminadas a promover la inclusión social de las y los jóvenes, con énfasis en los contextos de creciente inseguridad y violencia.
