El crédito a las PYMES en la Argentina: evolución reciente y estudio de un caso innovador

Abstract

Este trabajo apunta a identificar la estrategia seguida para facilitar el acceso al financiamiento de las pequeñas y medianas empresas, en Colombia, así como las instituciones e instrumentos utilizados con ese propósito. Para ello, en primer término, describe el sistema de crédito y los productos financieros destinados a ese tipo de empresas, y analiza las principales variables que afectan su acceso a financiamiento. Luego presenta el papel que cumplen las entidades públicas, tales como el Banco de Comercio Exterior de Colombia (BANCOLDEX), el Fondo Nacional de Garantías y la Banca de las Oportunidades, así como los intermediarios privados, para concluir con un balance de las características de las instituciones involucradas en el financiamiento de las pymes y algunas recomendaciones de política
