La credibilidad de los códigos éticos

El objeto de este artículo es revisar el problema de la (falta de) credibilidad de los códigos éticos y sus soluciones. Empezaremos resumiendo los objetivos éticos de las empresas y los medios para alcanzarlos, centrándonos luego en los códigos éticos, el problema de la inconsistencia de las reglas éticas y sus soluciones, para discutir finalmente la cuestión de los mensajes morales en la empresa y acabar con unas conclusiones.
