Bezahlbarer Klimaschutz. Grenzen der Finanzierbarkeit des Klimaschutzes in der Wohnungswirtschaft

Abstract

Die Klimatisierung von Wohnraum ist einer der größten Verursacher von Treibhausgasemissionen. Dabei sind die Möglichkeiten der Emissionsreduktion in der Wohnungswirtschaft technisch weit fortgeschritten. Zukünftig werden die Finanzierbarkeit von Klimaschutzinvestitionen und die Lastenverteilung zu zentralen Problemen. Gefragt sind politische Entscheidungen, die vor allem durch das Spannungsfeld von Umweltschutz-, Wirtschafts- und Sozialpolitik geprägt sein werden.
