Abstract

Funktionierende Wohnungsmärkte in Deutschland wirken sich positiv auf Stabilität und Wachstum der Volks­wirtschaft aus --- Die Wohnraumversorgung wird aufgrund ihrer hohen Bedeutung dem öffentlichen Aufgabenbereich zugerechnet und durch staatliche Mittel in verschiedensten Ausprägungen gefördert. Aufgrund eines großen wohnungswirtschaftlichen Investitionsbedarfs und stark angespannter öffentlicher Haushalte stellt sich die Frage, woher das notwendige Kapital zur Sicherstellung eines quantitativ und qualitativ angemessenen Wohnungsbestands zukünftig kommen soll.
