Target Costing für die Projektentwicklung von Immobilien als Instrument im Building Performance Evaluation Framework

Abstract

(Einleitung, Auszug) (...) Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist deshalb die Übertragung dieses Instruments auf die Entstehungsphase einer Immobilie, um die Kosten frühzeitig unter Berücksichtigung der Nutzeranforderungen zu gestalten und zu steuern. Um dabei einen engen Bezug zur praktischen Umsetzung herzustellen, werden Lösungsmöglichkeiten für die einzelnen Problemfelder für das Target Costing in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft gesucht. Bei der Adaption des Target Costing auf die Projektentwicklung von Immobilien ist zu berücksichtigen, dass die Übertragung von Theorien oder Konzepten aus der Betriebswirtschaftslehre auf Immobilien nur unter konzeptioneller und inhaltlicher Anpassung möglich wird.
