Abstract

Die öffentliche Diskussion um geschlossene Immobilienfonds ist seit jeher geprägt von unredlichem Steuersparen, Skandalen und Emotionen enttäuschter Anleger. Die Autoren liefern aus juristischer wie ökonomischer Perspektive eine vorurteilsfreie und einfach verständliche Analyse der Historie, Konstruktionsmerkmale und Zukunftsperspektiven geschlossener Immobilienfonds. Ziel des Buchs ist es, mit Vorurteilen über die geschlossenen Fonds aufzuräumen, die in Vergangenheit und Gegenwart immer wieder zu rechtlichen Benachteiligungen der geschlossenen Immobilienfonds geführt haben.
