Abstract

(Management Summary, Auszug) Mit dem Forschungsprojekt „EWOWI zwanzig zehn – Erfolgspotenziale der Wohnungswirtschaft 2010“ wird die Zielsetzung verfolgt, die maßgeblichen Herausforderungen, Erfolgsfaktoren und Hürden von Wohnungsunternehmen zu identifizieren. Die Umsetzung erfolgt durch eine Befragung von Geschäftsführern bzw. Vorständen von Wohnungsunternehmen. Die empirische Studie ist konzeptionell nach wissenschaftlichen Methoden konstruiert sowie praxisgerecht, nachhaltig und innovativ angelegt. Insgesamt wurden mit 304 kommunalen, genossenschaftlichen und durch institutionelle Investoren geprägte Wohnungsunternehmen sowie Verwaltern und sonstigen Wohnungsunternehmen halbstündige Telefoninterviews geführt, die von einem professionellen und unabhängigen Marktforschungsinstitut realisiert wurden.
