Abstract

Flexible Office Space wird im Zuge der Flexibilisierung von Arbeit und der Relevanz gesteigerter Serviceanforderungen von Mitarbeitern und Unternehmen immer relevanter. Die modernen flexiblen Büroflächen, in denen verschiedenste Nutzer gemeinschaftlich temporär zusammenarbeiten, bieten dem Nutzer neben einer Gemeinschaft und einem Netzwerk an Gleichgesinnten für Unternehmen eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und vor allem strategische Flexibilität. In dem Beitrag werden die verschiedenen Auswirkungen von Flexible Office Space auf den Nutzer, auf Unternehmen und auf den Immobilienmarkt aufgezeigt. Der Beitrag beruht im Wesentlichen auf einer Zusammenfassung der Dissertation New Work Environments: The Economic Relevance of Flexible Office Space.
