Horizontale Unternehmenskooperationen unter Unsicherheit

Abstract

In der Arbeit wird untersucht, wie sich horizontale Unternehmenskooperationen in Form von der gemeinsamen Nutzung sowohl rivalisierender als auch nicht-rivalisierender Güter auf die Reduzierung unsicherheitsbedingter Folgen auswirken. Als ausschlaggebend für den Erfolg der Kooperationen wird nicht nur die Effektivität des Kooperationsmechanismus, sondern auch die andauernde Kooperationsbereitschaft der Akteure untersucht. Der von den Akteuren wahrgenommene Kooperationserfolg hat dabei einen maßgeblichen Einfluss auf zukünftige Kooperationsentscheidungen. Mit Simulationen und wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Laborexperimenten konnte gezeigt werden, dass für beide Güterformen eine anhaltende Kooperationsbereitschaft und Kooperationserfolg erzielt werden kann.
