Abstract

Le 18 mai, les Belges sont appelés à voter. Ils en ont l’obligation, contrairement à la plupart de leurs homologues européens, qui sont nombreux à s’abstenir. L’abstention est-elle un danger pour la démocratie ? Le vote obligatoire apporte-t-il une solution ? Quelle est la contribution des théories économiques dans ce débat ?
