Abstract

Este artículo pretende instar a las instituciones públicas y privadas a comprometer sus esfuerzos administrativos, jurídicos, operativos y financieros en aras del cumplimiento de derechos emanados de la carta política doméstica y documentos vinculantes de ámbito internacional. Colombia como Estado Social de Derecho tiene obligaciones con respecto a la ciudadanía y la comunidad internacional en el marco de los derechos fundamentales y humanos, los cuales requieren de herramientas y/o instrumentos para el cabal cumplimiento de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. En este artículo se pretende abordar el tema de la Gestión Documental como herramienta de orden y transparencia haciendo hincapié en aspectos históricos, jurídicos, administrativos, sociales y tecnológicos relacionados con la efectivización de los derechos humanos al desarrollo y al trabajo.
