Abstract

El objetivo del estudio fue analizar el costo de capital como elemento apalancador del rendimiento financiero en las pequenas empresas del Distrito Especial, Turístico y Cultural de Riohacha. Se realizó bajo el paradigma cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, diseno no experimental, transaccional de campo. Arrojando como resultado que las pequenas empresas en su mayoría disponen de recursos propios para financiar su estructura de capital, razón por la cual existe plena conciencia sobre la rentabilidad que se recibe por la inversión, sin considerar factores de endeudamiento en sus diferentes presentaciones.
