Responsabilidad Social Empresarial y el compromiso con el Pacto Global: Estudio de caso empresas TOKS y Frisby

Abstract

La RSE es un concepto que debido al creciente proceso de globalización es muy común abordar y muchas empresas lo han interpretado de forma equivocada. En el presente artículo se realizó un análisis de dicho concepto de acuerdo con el enfoque de dos companías “TOKS” de México y “Frisby” de Colombia. Se desarrolló un estudio de tipo comparativo explicativo, en donde se realizó la revisión bibliográfica más reciente sobre RSE, se analizaron los últimos informes de sostenibilidad de ambas empresas, encontrando que están alineadas a la interpretación acorde de RSE y que presentan sus informes y reportes guiados de acuerdo con los ODS, ambas empresas están adheridas al Pacto Global, solo Frisby presenta reportes de acuerdo con la metodología GRI
