Abstract

La importancia del conocimiento, viene siendo unos de los sistemas integrados de mayor importancia al interior de las industrias y como esté coadyuva a encarar los desafíos que traen la competitividad, la innovación, el desarrollo tecnológico y los procesos productivos, variables que tiene relación con los costos de cualquier organización que tiene que enfrentar hoy en día. Es por ello el interés de disenar estrategia de alcance organizacional para el desarrollo de la Adquisición, almacenamiento, transferencia y protección del conocimiento que mejore el direccionamiento de los costos. Este trabajo está orientado a analizar la gestión del conocimiento como estrategia en el direccionamiento de los costos en la industria.
