Breve introducción a los indicadores de la fuerza de trabajo en Colombia

Abstract

El trabajo y el capital humano son los factores de producción que generan los ingresos de la mayoría de personas en todos los países al rededor del mundo. La remuneración a estos factores de producción termina siendo el mecanismo de transmisión del nivel de actividad económica a los hogares y de esta manera se distribuyen las bondades del crecimiento económico en una buena parte de la sociedad. Así el mercado de trabajo se convierte en un mercado muy importante para la economía como un todo.
