Abstract

El presente capítulo se estructura de la siguiente manera: la segunda sección realiza una radiografía del mercado laboral colombiano y los principales cambios sufridos con la crisis del covid-19, la tercera sección presenta las principales rigideces de la legislación y las instituciones laborales en Colombia, la cuarta sección formula algunas proyecciones de los indicadores laborales a futuro, y la última sección presenta algunos insumos y recomendaciones para la discusión de política pública sobre reformas al mercado laboral.
