Comportamiento financiero de las emisoras colombianas ante MINTIC

Abstract

El artículo contextualiza la radio colombiana revelando sus antecedentes históricos y su evolución legislativa. Se realiza un breve análisis de la situación de la radio colombiana según sus clases, para mostrar su comportamiento financiero frente al Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información por las obligaciones que les corresponde a las emisoras a la luz de las normas legales en la materia. Finalmente se comentan algunas normas que se proyectan para el sector de la radiodifusión colombiana.
