Apuntes sobre las finanzas de la Universidad Nacional

Abstract

Este artículo presenta un breve análisis de las finanzas de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, con énfasis en el periodo transcurrido desde la expedición de la Ley 30 de 1992, contrastando su situación con la del conjunto de universidades públicas del país. Se refiere a las diferentes formas de financiamiento de la Universidad, en especial a los aportes presupuestales de la Nación y a los recursos propios, así como también a los recursos aprobados por una reforma tributaria del 2012 (Impuesto sobre la renta para la equidad, CREE) y una ley del 2013 (Estampilla pro Universidad Nacional y demás universidades estatales). Sería deseable –senala el autor– adoptar una política de larga duración de financiación de la educación superior pública.
