Abstract

Steve Jobs y Apple son la imagen del espíritu empresarial innovador privado que asume riesgos. La innovación es tautológicamente producto de la actividad privada. El estado o el gobierno son lo opuesto de la innovación y el riesgo. El estado es lento, burocrático, y desperdicia recursos haciendo lo que no sabe hacer.
