Concentración, rentabilidad y extranjerización en Argentina. Una mirada desde la cúpula empresaria
Abstract
Desde el abandono del régimen de convertibilidad, Argentina ha transitado una importante recuperación económica que no tiene paralelo, por su sostenido ritmo, en la historia reciente del país. Uno de los principales actores dinamizadores de este proceso son las grandes corporaciones o cúpula empresaria, que compuestas por las 500 empresas de mayores volúmenes de venta del país, han liderado el actual proceso de crecimiento económico con tasas anuales promedio del 8% entre 2003 y 2010. En este contexto, el propósito principal del presente trabajo es analizar tres características centrales de la cúpula empresaria que refieren al grado de concentración e importancia que estas corporaciones tienen en materia de generación de valor agregado, producción e inversiones; estudiar la evolución de la rentabilidad, productividad y capacidad de generación de empleo; y la evolución del grado de extranjerización y peso del capital foráneo en la acumulación de capital.Download Info
