Abstract

El propósito del presente documento es formular el marco teórico, la justificación y los objetivos de un proyecto de investigación sobre el tema Estrategias nacionales de negociación del Nafta. Lecciones para Colombia. Durante los anos 90 Colombia ha desarrollado una activa política de apertura comercial, expresada en decisiones unilaterales de liberación comercial y acuerdos bilaterales o regionales de integración o complementación económica, política concomitante con la decisión de darle continuidad y estabilidad a la aplicación del nuevo modelo de desarrollo adoptado centralmente.
