Abstract

Las dificultades bancarias y las inestabilidades financieras recientes que han golpeado a la mayor parte de los países miembros del Fondo Monetario Internacional (F.M.I), pueden ser explicadas, en su mayor medida, por los comportamientos especulativos inducidos por las liberaciones financieras.
