Abstract

Es necesario crear un marco de interacción en donde la empresa, la academia y las instituciones convergen con el único propósito de desarrollar capacidades locales, los acuerdos y esquemas de relacionamiento deben estar orientados al logro de objetivos comunes en donde la generación de riqueza (monetaria y no monetaria) es la base del desarrollo local.
