Mitos y realidades de la reforma laboral colombiana. La Ley 789, dos anos después

Abstract

Este documento tiene como propósito revisar los resultados encontrados por una serie de estudios sobre la ley de reforma laboral, en especial los niveles de cumplimiento alcanzados por los principales programas de generación de empleo y protección social del Gobierno de turno. Asimismo, discute los resultados obtenidos con métodos contables simples y, finalmente presenta de forma sucinta los estudios del CEDE para el Banco Mundial y el Ministerio de Protección Social (MPS) y del CIDE para el MPS.
