El mercado de trabajo de los profesionales colombianos

Abstract

Este documento se centra en el estudio del comportamiento del mercado de trabajo de los profesionales en Colombia, a fin de procurar una respuesta al interrogante que se formulan muchos ciudadanos al momento de elegir los estudios superiores que van a cursar y la profesión a la cual se piensan dedicar. Para esto, con base en cifras disponibles, a la fecha, del Observatorio Laboral del Ministerio de Educación Nacional y los datos de la Base Única de Afiliados del Ministerio de la Protección Social, se elabora y presenta una lista de profesiones clasificadas como más o menos promisorias. Con esto se contribuye a las personas que se enfrentan a esta crucial elección, así como a las propias autoridades de Gobierno que tienen a cargo la dirección de la educación y las instituciones educativas, en materia de formación para el trabajo.
