Modelo integral 5D'S, diagnóstico empresarial y tecnológico para evaluar la pertinencia y selección de un sistema ERP

Abstract

Actualmente las organizaciones tienen la necesidad de contar con la información integrada de su companía para tener una visión clara y estratégica de su negocio y tomar las mejores decisiones que fortalezcan su nivel competitivo y la permanencia en el mercado, por esta razón se hace indispensable la implementación de Sistemas de planificación de los recursos empresariales (ERP) que permita la integración de los diferentes departamentos de la empresa con el fin de optimizar tiempos en cada uno de los procesos de intercambio de información y reducir costos para la misma. Este artículo expone la metodología a seguir para evaluar la selección de un Software ERP, de tal forma que la implementación que se lleve a cabo sea la más pertinente y se ajuste exactamente a las necesidades de la organización.
