Regulación actual en el uso de internet móvil en Colombia: perspectivas sectoriales

Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende realizar una descripción de los distintos mecanismos de regulación que se aplica en el sector de la telefonía móvil en Colombia. En particular, el uso de internet móvil e identificar quién hace el papel de regulador. Para esto, en un primer momento se planea determinar la estructura del mercado existente en este sector, es decir, identificar si es un oligopolio o si puede considerarse como competencia perfecta, para luego denunciar los problemas que ha tenido el servicio de telefonía móvil en el país y comparar el modelo regulatorio de internet móvil colombiano con respecto al aplicado en países como Chile y México.
