Metodologías para hallar QALYS. Una revisión de literatura

Abstract

En este estudio se realiza una revisión bibliográfica acerca de las metodologías de valoración de preferencias en economía de la salud, que se utilizan para calcular la unidad de medida llamada QALYs (Quality Adjusted Life Years). Está, integra tanto el aspecto biológico como el psico-social, sirviendo como un índice para representar la calidad y cantidad de vida combinadas en un sola medida, basándose fundamentalmente en la teoría económica que presenta la utilidad como forma de medir el bienestar de un consumidor.
