Un acercamiento al proceso de colonización del Brasil (Finales del S. XV a mediados del S. XIX)

Abstract

Salvo contadas excepciones, los países del centro y sur de América tienen un ámbito político, social y económico similar. El hecho de que los países latinos sean tan semejantes radica en la etapa colonial americana, pues la raíz común de estos pueblos es el imperialismo espanol. En el cono sur, un país es diferente a los otros en los aspectos socio-político y económico. Brasil es la única nación colonizada por el reino de Portugal sufriendo un proceso diferente al del resto de los países latinos.
