El Distrito Capital frente al Tratado de Libre Comercio entre Colombia y Estados Unidos: impacto potencial en la economía regional y respuestas de políticas públicas

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene dos objetivos centrales. Por una parte, se trata de evaluar los principales efectos de un potencial Tratado de Libre Comercio (TLC) entre Colombia y Estados Unidos sobre la economía de Bogota-Cundinamarca, en particular en el campo social. Por otra parte, el trabajo busca brindar elementos de juicio para la aplicación de políticas públicas orientadas a que la ciudad-region maximice los beneficios y minimice los costos sociales asociados con este acuerdo comercial.
