Tendencias de la divulgación de información sobre capital intelectual en Colombia

Abstract

Hoy se admite que los recursos que carecen de sustancia física son los que más contribuyen a la creación de valor y que las organizaciones con mejores resultados son aquellas que dan importanciaal conocimiento. La gran mayoría de intangibles no están reflejados en los informes, principalmente por vacíos del modelo contable, lo que dificulta la toma de decisiones.Los dos objetivos de este trabajo se centran en establecer el avance en el uso de la internet por parte de las empresas que conforman el Índice General de la Bolsa de Colombia y determinar el progreso en divulgación de información sobre capital intelectual a través de internet de esas empresas, Los resultados indican que la oferta informativa a través de internet continúa siendo baja, que el capital humano sigue siendo el más divulgado y que hay avances con respecto al ano 2005, pero se sigue desaprovechando la internet como medio de comunicación empresarial.
