Una revisión exploratoria del modelo deSchwartz

Abstract

ResumenEn este artículo, se revisa la bibliografía científica que documenta las características,adaptaciones y modificaciones psicométricas de las escalas de valores personales, paraluego explorar un instrumento que los mide, en la organización. Dicho instrumento,fundamentado en la teoría universal del contenido motivacional de valores de Schwartz(1992; 1994), está compuesto por un reducido número de ítems, para facilitar tanto suuso, en las organizaciones, como el empleo conjunto con otros instrumentos múltiples(Elizur y Sagie, 1999; Ros, Schwartz, y Surkiss, 1999). Como principal conclusión,verificamos una diferencia significativa entre los formatos de investigación de losvalores deseados" y "deseables". Los resultados de la investigación permiten afirmarque el inventario de valores personales, con un formato desde lo "deseado", reproducemejor el modelo teórico original de los valores personales, propuesto por Schwartz."
