Abstract

Institutional Economy and Contract´s Theory are the framework of this document. For them, uncertancy is a basic and essencial concept on transaction costs. In order to minimize uncertancy´s incidence, individuals prefer to rule their future relationships under contracts. Economic Theory has provided some possible ways to explain the way that individuals with different sets of information and attitudes towards risk, have developed efficient mechanism that allows them to cumplir their contracts without terceros´s intervention. The models exposed have been presented as a usefull tool in order to formalize particular labour market´s desequibria, and this document presents their main features.
