Abstract

(English) In this working paper I have analyzed the migration trend in Italy and the implemented politics in favor of immigrates in the local welfare systems during the last 10 years, the main goal has been to evaluate the effect of PDZ in the municipalities studied and analyze their real capacity of returning to each territory the ability of planning and carrying out projects of integrated interventions. The general increase of immigrates in Italy, revealed the necessity of reestablishing a system of rules trought which manage their social needs, trought an offer of services given by local policy makers. Considering in prevalence 3 regions of Italy, Campania, Puglia e Basilicata, the research is divided into 2 parts. The first based on the collection and analysis of quantitative data, the second that presents interviews and surveys.
