Abstract

CONTENTS: Este Documento de Trabajo analiza algunos de los profundos cambios que han transformado los mercados secundarios de acciones durante los últimos años, impulsados por la confluencia de la iniciativa privada y la pública para facilitar la competencia entre las diferentes alternativas de negociación (mercados regulados, SMN y dark pools) y por las nuevas posibilidades tecnológicas, como es el caso de la negociación de alta frecuencia.
