Participaciones preferentes: Rentabilidad de las emisiones

Abstract

CONTENTS: El objeto de este trabajo es calcular la rentabilidad de las emisiones registradas en la CNMV para comprobar si su emisión fue efectuada en condiciones de mercado, para lo que se compara la misma con la rentabilidad de los activos sin riesgo. Una de las conclusiones a que se llega es que el diferencial con respecto a la deuda pública ha sido bajo durante todo el periodo analizado y además se estrechó en la fase en la que ya desde España se amplió el abanico de entidades financieras que accedieron a la actividad emisora de este instrumento financiero.
