Abstract

CONTENTS: En 2005 algunas de las principales exclusiones del mercado continuo español estuvieron promovidas por inversores de capital riesgo. Estas operaciones están teniendo cierto auge en los últimos tiempos y provocan un descenso del número de empresas cotizadas. Entre las explicaciones se encuentra el hecho de que los inversores de capital riesgo buscan obtener rentabilidades de medio plazo atractivas en el contexto actual mediante la compra apalancada de empresas cotizadas que, a su juicio, se encuentran infravaloradas.
