Clasificación del gasto en consumo final de los hogares e instituciones privadas sin fines de lucro por finalidad, Período 2003-2007

Abstract

En este trabajo se presenta la clasificación del gasto en consumo final de los hogares e Instituciones Privadas Sin Fines de Lucro (IPSFL) por finalidad, a precios corrientes y constantes para el periodo 2003-2007, utilizando el Clasificador de Consumo Individual por Finalidad (COICOP). Las estimaciones se realizan considerando como marco de referencia el consumo de hogares e IPSFL de las Cuentas Nacionales de Chile. Entre los resultados destaca la importante participación durante el año 2003, de las categorías alimentos y bebidas no alcohólicas (18.6%); vivienda, agua, electricidad, gas y otros combustibles (15.6%); y transporte (14.8%). Además, se observa una estructura en la cual los servicios y bienes no durables explican más del 80% del gasto. Posteriormente, estas estimaciones se incorporarán a la publicación del consumo de hogares e IPSFL, en las cuentas nacionales anuales de Chile.
