MADADAYO (a propósito de mis primeros 80 años)

Abstract

Estas son mis reflexiones sobre mis primeros 80 años. Están también las palabras que se pronunciaron en el evento organizado por la Universidad del CEMA y la Universidad de San Andrés, realizado a iniciativa de Andrea Castellano, Julio Jorge Elías, Walter Sosa Escudero y Federico Weinschelbaum. El evento contó con el auspicio de la Asociación Argentina de Economía Política (AAEP). Agradezco a Carolina Bayón Echenique por su contribución en la organización operativa y a Domingo Nicolás Catena por su apoyo para la realización del evento. Edgardo Zablotsky abrió el acto. Luego de sus palabras de bienvenida, cuando comenzó a leer las líneas que envió Guillermo Calvo no pude contener la emoción y las lágrimas. Lo cual también me ocurrió cuando escuché lo que dijeron Andrea Castellano, quien leyó las líneas enviadas por Ana María Cerro (actual presidenta de la AAEP), así como Martín Lagos, Walter Sosa Escudero, Jorge Remes Lenicov, Néstor Scibona y Raúl Marsó, quienes se refirieron a los diferentes aspectos en los que desarrollé mi actividad profesional: enseñanza, análisis de la coyuntura y de la política económica, periodismo y consultoría. Ni qué hablar, tanto de la concurrencia, como de quienes me enviaron algunas líneas.
