Ensayo y caracterización de una unidad de medición inercial de bajo costo

Abstract

Se realizó el ensayo y modelado de una unidad de medición inercial (IMU) que contiene un acelerómetro, giróscopo y magnetómetro, disponible en el mercado local y de relativo bajo costo. Este ensayo fue importante para poder decidir su utilización en el desarrollo de un dispositivo para sensar la actitud de una pieza de combate para ser utilizada en un simulador para artillería. Disponer de un modelo de los sensores acelerómetro, giróscopo y magnetómetro permitió mejorar la etapa de fusión de datos agregando etapas previas que compensaron los errores y desvíos de los mismos.
