    herramienta útil, novedosa e inexplorada, como es la actividad de “coaching & mentoring” en el Derecho, para establecer nexos directos entre la formación jurídica a nivel universitario y el ingreso al mercado de trabajo de la abogacía.” “Es indudable que un análisis de la realidad nos muestra que el acceso al mercado profesional de la abogacía, por parte de estudiantes próximos a graduarse y jóvenes abogados, resulta cada vez más exigente y competitivo, y que, en consecuencia, impone adoptar acciones conducentes -en forma autónoma o a través de la colaboración de terceros calificados- para la identificación y generación de oportunidades, el cual podría definirse como un proceso continuo y de investigación, con la finalidad de poder lograr un posicionamiento, que resultare consistente con el perfil y expectativas de sus protagonistas.” “Posicionamiento, en nuestro entender, no solamente significa una actividad de tiempo completo en el ejercicio de la abogacía, sino que puede englobar en forma flexible la implementación de una pluralidad de proyectos que vinculen a su autor con la práctica legal, como un vehículo para la generación de oportunidades.” “Analizaremos cuáles beneficios podría brindar una proyectada actividad de “coaching & mentoring” para contribuir en tal sentido."
