Abstract

This report presents the Slovak case study prepared as a part of the research project ARTUSCEE, financed by the DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion of the European Commission under the agreement No. VP/2019/0070. In the line with the research goals of the ARTUS-CEE project, the main objective of this report is to analyse whether Slovak trade unions are able to undertake effective actions towards upwards convergence of social standards in the EU in the context of different industrial relations systems among the EU member states and weak EU-level industrial relations in Central and Eastern European countries (CEE).
