Abstract

En los inicios del siglo XXI, la agenda de eficacia de la ayuda ha evolucionado en complejidad hacia una agenda sofisticada de eficacia+eficiencia. Entendiendo por eficacia la relación entre objetivos y resultados o impactos de desarrollo, y por eficiencia la relación entre recursos disponibles y resultados, esta agenda sofisticada de eficacia+eficiencia se ha construido en res-puesta al problema de la fatiga de la ayuda.
